We recently spent our Christmas holiday at a hotel in Morocco and were impressed by the excellent customer service and luxurious rooms. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel’s central location made it easy to explore the city. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace, which provided stunning views of the city skyline.

We did experience some noise in the mornings from the central courtyard, which was a bit bothersome for light sleepers like us. while the hotel staff was polite, they were not always very helpful and seemed to lack knowledge of the surrounding area.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, offering great excursions and delicious food. The location was perfect, close to all main sites and in a quieter street. The rooftop views were stunning.

The lack of accessibility for guests with mobility issues due to the absence of lifts. the air pollution in the area was quite noticeable.

The riad itself was clean and beautifully decorated, and I especially enjoyed spending time on the lovely terrace. I would highly recommend Riad Alwafa and would love to stay there again.
